EDWARD McMillan Scott (left) is a Vice-President of the European Parliament and one of Britain’s most senior MEPs. IN Brussels this morning, at a meeting of the Constitutional Affairs which was debating whether a change to a uniform voting system would increase voter turn-out in European Elections, Andrew Brons told those in attendance that it was disillusionment with the European Union that was responsible for the lack of enthusiasm for the elections.
