AFTER the appearance of Andrew Brons on the BBC’s Politics Show on Sunday 13th December, Chris Beverley, the MEPs Constituency Manager, wrote to the programme’s producer over certain misleading footage that was shown during the programme.

IT was a busy morning at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Andrew Brons and his political assistant for the week Martin Wingfield, spent much of yesterday evening and the early hours of this morning going through the voting lists and discussing how the MEP for Yorkshire and the Humber would vote.

THIS afternoon, I was initially promised only one minute but because Philip Claess could not give his speech, his minute was given to me. I had already timed my speech exactly (having reduced it from one minute and a half). I now had to extend it again only half an hour before I was due to speak.
