The Irish vote tells you this, as someone said after the results came in from the recent Irish referendum  &quot;Can we make it a best of three?&quot; 
Yes you may laugh at that but it really does show up the ridiculousness of the whole thing. 
So this is EU democracy at work = &quot;keep having referendums until we get the answer we want, after which the voting stops and we move on to the next country&quot;. </description>
